Your child’s equipment should be safe and comfortable. A well-fitting boot and the right ski length are essential for skiing to be fun!

The ski length depends on the size and skiing ability of the child:

– For beginners, ski length up to the chest
– For advanced skiers, ski length from chin to nose – depending on speed

If you are not sure about the right ski length for your child when booking, we can reassure you that we check all equipment carefully on site!

Is my child too big for children’s equipment?

Junior equipment is available up to a maximum age of 14 years or up to a maximum ski length of 150 cm or up to a maximum boot size of 39 (mondopoints 27.5). If a young person requires larger equipment, a mixed price between the youth and adult price will be charged.

Can I rent a half day?

Unfortunately, this is not possible online. Only whole days are offered here. There is a discount directly on site from 1.00 pm. Please ask directly at the cash desk in our ski rental shop.

What percentage online discount do I get when I book online?

You will receive a 5% discount for an online reservation. We have your data on site and you need less time to fill in the data at our check-in.

Can I pick up my equipment the day before?

Of course, you can pick up your skis or snowboard the day before your first rental day so that you can be on the slopes as quickly as possible in the morning. Collection the day before is possible free of charge from 3.00 pm. This is our service for you! If you also use the skis for night skiing, a night tariff will be charged.

How can I book a custody account?

We have a large ski depot and always have enough space for our guests. Reservations are not possible.

Can I exchange shoes that don’t fit?

At any time! If you notice on the slopes that your shoe is pinching, then please come back to our store. We’ll swap it for another model and won’t let you go until you feel completely comfortable. After all, we want you to have fun on the slopes!

I made a mistake when I made the reservation. Can I change my booking?

You can simply cancel your reservation and enter it again or you can leave your reservation as you have sent it and then simply inform one of our ski rental employees on site about your wishes.

Unfortunately I can’t come after all. How do I cancel my reservation?

You can simply cancel your reservation, there are no cancellation fees.

Can I switch between skis and snowboard?

Is my equipment insured?

Yes, your equipment is insured against breakage and theft. If, for example, your ski breaks or is stolen, a deductible applies. You have the option of taking out a “carefree package” to exempt yourself from this deductible.

How can I pay with you?

The booked equipment is reserved. Payment is made directly on site at our cash desk. You can pay in cash or by EC card. Unfortunately, credit card payment is not possible!
